The construction at DECON involves our non-hazardous construction services. It includes soil excavation and grading; site preparation and installation of concrete, masonry, and asphalt surfaces; underground and aboveground storage tank and facility installation; facility demolition; industrial, municipal, or government wastewater treatment installation; and other facility or construction such as process piping and building structures.
